SO this is the first portion of my personal baby must haves. All of the items we currently use! I have provided mostly amazon links because amazon prime is life! I hope this post was helpful! Please comment with any questions! As far as baby must haves for clothing, I usually just go to Carters and buy zip sleepers. ZIPPERS are soooo amazing in the middle of the night when you are delerious trying to change a diaper!
Feeding Related Must Haves:
Ikea High Chair is $20 and super easy to clean!
Soothe Pacifier these are amazing and most like the ones given in the hospital.
Pacifier Clip makes life easier so you’re not constantly washing pacifiers that drop on the floor.
Medela Pump In Style Advanced Breastpump most insurance companies cover the cost of your pump!
Nursing Bras these are the most inexpensive, try not to dry them but if you do, take the pads out first so they don’t get lumpy.
Lansinoh Breastmilk Storage Bags I love these milk storage bags, lay them flat in your freezer instead of upright so that you can store them neater and save room.
Coconut Oil any coconut oil is pretty amazing, use it on your skin & nipples. Perfectly safe for baby.
Dr. Brown’s Bottles these have a lot of parts but totally worth it to help baby get less air which in return will give them less gas.
Dr. Brown’s Bottle Warmer just remember to clean the water storage compartment often, it can get yucky.
Nursing Cover (doubles as carseat cover & shopping cart cover) so many amazing designs to chose from and super soft, also dryer safe,
Sleeping Must Haves:
Summer Infant Video Monitor I like this one, its inexpensive and can scan multiple rooms.
HALO Bassinest worth the money because it easily slides over your bed when you are getting baby in the middle of the night, also vibrates which most babies like.
Aden Anais Swaddles so soft and lightweight I loved these with both babes.
HALO SleepSack always put your newborn to sleep without blankets, this is cozy and safe.
Sound Machine blocks out noises, like toddler big brothers!
Baby Einstein Sea Dreams Soother Carter still uses this to sleep every night and turns it on in the morning. Hands down best purchase.
Bathing Must Haves:
Baby Bather this one is perfect for smaller tubs or bathing more than one child, easily folds for storage.
4Moms Infant Tub I am not using this with Tanner because I am using the one listed above since I bathe them at the same time. This was a lifesaver with Carter though, built in thermometer that will tell you if the bath water is ideal, it also has a plug that lets out the used water so that the tub is always full of fresh water.
Johnson’s Lavender Soap, Shampoo, and Lotion it smells amazing and doesn’t break my babies out. Carter has slight eczema so we now use dove bar soap but still use the lotion and shampoo.
Bath Toy Organizer so easy to suction to the wall and can be thrown in the washer.
Octopus Bath Thermometer this will tell you when the water temp is ideal if you are not using the 4moms tub.
Crayola Color Bath Dropz Carters favorite thing about bath time, so fun and nontoxic. Does not stain.
Health Related Must Haves:
Ear Thermometer self explanatory.
FridaBaby Nasal Aspirator ok, so I never used this with Carter I was repulsed. With Tanner I love it. Being a winter baby, he gets a lot of congestion. This is easy to use, it works, and its easy to clean.
Aquaphor Baby Healing Ointment Advanced Therapy Skin Protectant, 14 Ounce we put this on the boys faces after bath time and on any tough patches of skin.
Triple Paste Medicated Ointment the only cream I use on my boys butts. Nothing works as well on diaper rash!
Baby K’tan ORIGINAL Baby Carrier this wrap is so versatile and soft and can be thrown in the washer. I watched a youtube video on how to use it and I was golden!
Fisher-Price Rock ‘n Play Sleeper Carter & Tanner love this, we alternate with the HALO bassinet. This also has a vibrate option.
Fisher-Price Sit-Me-Up Floor Seat Tanner absolutely loves this! It fits everywhere and he feels like he is part of the action.
I hope this was helpful! I will be posting toddler must haves in the future. Feel free to ask any questions & don’t forget to subscribe!
